Until Tuesday, January 11th, 2011, on a special auction on Internet auction site Allegro, everyone can bid for a silver necklace with a unique amber heart and Swarovski crystals by Jacek Ostrowski. The whole profit will be given to a charity - The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.

It is the fourth time for the Ostrowski Design company to give a unique, one off, piece of jewellery with the already distinctive motif of an amber heart. This year, the heart was made of an especially attractive piece of natural amber with a wide range of shades, enclosed in a modern, silver frame.

The necklace is accompanied by a certificate in which the author, the President of the City of Gdańsk Paweł Adamowicz, thanks the purchaser.

The 19th Final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.

Traditionally, on the second Sunday of January, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity organises a concert. The donations collected during the 19th Final will be used to buy the most up-to-date medical equipment for the children's urology and nephrology wards in Polish hospitals.
